The Fluid Power Society of Victoria was formed in 1961 and after more than 50 years of continuous service to its members and the industry, it remains as relevant today as it was at the beginning.
The FPS provides a platform for its members to network and to promote the industry together with the highly skilled professionals working in it.

In recent years the Society has expanded its platform on a national basis with the establishment of the Australian Fluid Power Society initially via a partnershipwith the Fluid Power Society of WA but now joined by the re-established Societies of NSW and Qld.
This is now giving us a much more defined profile to get the attention of the policy makers in Government and Education and enable us to have a role in the development of policy and content.
We are currently redeveloping our website so please make suggestions as to what you would like to see and what functionality you think would be of benefit to members.
